Timing is Everything
Just another Saturday on the Carnivore diet. Last week while at Costco, all the avocados were mushy, so I passed. Today, I went ahead a bought a pack (6 for $8.50 - a decent deal). But… no where near ripe. My goal for dinner was to make steak bites and have avocado on the side. Plus, as a bonus, a bottle of wine snuck into my cart.
Oh, well. The avocado will be ripe in a couple days. Or a week. Who the hell knows?
